General Overview
Zirconia Slide Plates are used to improve the lifetime of traditional slide gate plates for some steel plants. Body of slide plate material is used Al2O3-ZrO2-C, and for the insert body, pure zirconia plate is used. Both of them are assembled before using. It can be applied for 120-300 tons different type of converters; continuously can be used for 15-18 times.
